Job Description

Paytm, India’s leading digital payments and financial services company, is seeking a Strategic Account Management professional for its Enterprise Mid-Market team in Mumbai. This full-time, on-site role involves building and maintaining long-term client relationships, understanding the Indian retail ecosystem to offer holistic solutions, and driving upselling and cross-selling. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual contributor with strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills, experienced in cold calling, pre-sales, lead generation, and managing enterprise accounts.
Must Have:
  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Maintain and sustain long-term relationships with onboarded merchants.
  • Use acumen and understanding of Indian retail ecosystem and network to come up with holistic solutions for accounts.
  • Develop deep understanding and hold over each account to deter competitors.
  • Perform upselling and cross-selling activities.
  • Be a go-getter and individual contributor.
  • Identify and meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
  • Have good exposure in cold calling, pre-sales, and lead generation.
  • Possess good communication and negotiation skills to handle key accounts.
  • Experience managing enterprise accounts (large retailers).
