Responsibilities of the position:
- Movement of documents, boxes, bags and other documentary elements within the different activities of the processes.
- Operate applications for the capture of physical or virtual information.
- Quality control of processed information.
- Support document management activities involved in the assigned processes.
- Verification, preparation and enlistment of documentary information.
- Validation of databases vs. documents.
- Comply with the wearing, care and adequate conditions of use of the uniform that is assigned.
- Comply with the production designated by the operation.
- Guarantee and ensure the correct handling of all elements, tools and equipment related to the development of the functions outlined above.
- Basic document scanning.
- Perform loans, returns, enlistment, insertions, re-filing, coding and classification of the information managed in the process.
- Perform other functions assigned by your immediate supervisor.
What we are looking for?
Educational level: Academic or technical high school. Preferably, but not essential, students of technical careers in information systems and/or archives.
Minimum 6 months of work experience in similar positions such as: administrative assistant or data entry operator.

Iron Mountain is looking for a motivated Document Management Assistant to join our Operations team.
In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, control, and physical/digital movement of confidential documents and information.
This team is crucial for maintaining the integrity of our clients' information through the meticulous execution of document management processes.
🎯 What You'll Do
Responsibility 1: Execute Document Handling and Movement - Movement of documents, boxes, bags and other documentary elements within the different activities of the processes.
- Responsibility 2: Collaborate on Data Integrity and Quality Control - Operate applications for capturing physical or virtual information, perform quality control of processed information and validate databases versus documents.
- Responsibility 3: Ensure Compliance and Resource Management - Comply with the production designated by the operation and ensure the correct handling of all elements, tools and equipment related to the development of the functions, including the wearing and care of the assigned uniform.

💰 What We Offer
Salary Details: Monthly salary of $ 1,423,500 COP.
- Shifts: Rotating schedules:
- Monday to Friday: 1st shift 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. 2nd shift 1:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
- Saturday: 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- Location: Bogotá, La Florida.
