Job Description

Subject matter experts in Marketing and Comms provide business stakeholders with specialized advice on their subjects, and act as an advisor leveraging on a specific MC expertise. Shehe.is a person with in-depth, unique knowledge and expertise on a specific subject or in a particular industry ex digital marketing, internal comms, telecom, etc.

 

Job Description:

  • Experience working in a corporate enterprise environment, particularly with marketing or creative assets.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices related to digital asset accessibility.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday) for tracking tasks and communicating progress.

 

Primary Skills:

 

  • Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) systems and software, and an understanding of various digital file formats and their specifications.
  • Exceptional ability to identify inconsistencies, errors, and deviations from standards in visual assets and metadata.

 

Secondary Skills:

 

  • Ability to work effectively with different departments and external partners, understanding their needs and ensuring the DAM meets those requirements.
  • Proven ability to conduct thorough quality checks on visual assets, identifying potential errors or inconsistencies related to file integrity, technical specifications, and brand guidelines. Understanding of common issues in artwork and image production (e.g., flattened files, missing elements, resolution problems).
