The Compensation and Benefits Specialist provides advisory services and support for implementing reward, recognition, motivation, and retention programs. This role involves being a functional compensation and benefits expert, supporting the people organization with their programs. The specialist will also guide the efficient delivery of services to various stakeholders, lead multiple project areas, and contribute value beyond their core responsibilities.
