Solvative is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead B2B demand generation for the U.S. market. This hands-on role focuses on executing multi-channel campaigns across SEO, SEM, LinkedIn Ads, and content acquisition. The specialist will drive growth, optimize performance, and deliver clear insights, requiring 2-3 years of B2B or tech services digital marketing experience.

Must Have

  • Strong knowledge of B2B SEO (technical, on-page, keyword strategy)
  • Expertise in SEM/Google Ads for lead generation, optimization & reporting
  • Experience running LinkedIn Ads for B2B campaigns
  • Understanding of content marketing & funnel-based acquisition
  • Ability to analyze performance data, build reports, and present insights
  • Experience executing multi-channel campaigns with measurable impact
  • Strong communication & project management skills
  • Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to monitor website traffic & campaign performance via GA4, Looker Studio
  • Support in planning & executing email marketing campaigns
  • Track KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create ideas, optimize campaigns & meet the targets
  • Experience with UTM tagging, tracking QA, and dashboard reporting
  • Strong content creation abilities (Canva)
  • Excellent communication, analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in results-driven environments

Good to Have

  • Familiarity with marketing automation & CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • Basic understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console
  • Understanding of U.S. market trends & buyer behavior
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools
