Job Summary

This role is for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Consultant at Solvative, focusing on SFMC implementations. You will design and build sophisticated customer journeys, manage complex data integrations, and write custom code (AMPscript, SQL, SSJS) to personalize the customer experience at scale. This is a client-facing role that requires technical depth and the ability to consult with stakeholders across different time zones.

Must Have

  • Design end-to-end technical solutions within SFMC (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Contact Builder).
  • Lead the technical setup of SFMC instances and integrate with Salesforce CRM (Sales/Service Cloud) via Marketing Cloud Connect.
  • Develop highly personalized content using AMPscript and SSJS, and manage complex data segmentation using advanced SQL.
  • Lead discovery workshops with international clients to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Design scalable data models and ensure data integrity across various business units.
  • Ensure all implementations follow deliverability best practices, security standards, and compliance (GDPR/CAN-SPAM).
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience specifically in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Hold at least one of the following certifications: Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant or Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Developer.
  • Expertise in AMPscript, SQL, and HTML/CSS for email.
  • Proficiency in Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS) and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Deep understanding of Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
  • Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal) to consult with US- and Canada-based clients.
  • B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent technical degree.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end technical solutions within SFMC (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Contact Builder).
  • Implementation & Integration: Lead the technical setup of SFMC instances and integrate them with Salesforce CRM (Sales/Service Cloud) via Marketing Cloud Connect.

Qualifications

  • Technical Stack:
