Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Strategist at Google, you'll work with businesses of all sizes to develop and execute successful advertising campaigns. You'll use your knowledge of online media, communication skills, and analytical abilities to help businesses grow. You'll also work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement complex solutions for clients. You'll be responsible for driving markets, customers and stakeholders through multi-dimensional problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration to deliver an excellent experience to clients. You'll elevate complex multi-quarter projects, pitch/suggest new proposals and lead project plan, project groups, and execution. You'll also be the subject matter expert in the region/business model. You'll develop advanced frameworks and customer solutions, help activate these with the customers for long-term trust and value, and scale these across businesses and markets. You'll drive decision-making and thought-leadership with business enable business/performance growth through systematic interventions, and ensure the client portfolio sustains effective business growth. You'll provide mentorship to the team, and act as a trust advisor with stakeholders. You'll drive business discipline activities such as Workflow, Pipeline, Vendor Utilization, Product Activation, and People Pillars.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in digital marketing, sales, and multi-functional project management leadership with customer impact.
  • Experience in cross-functional and multi-layered stakeholder project management, driving business outcomes and customer solutions through collaboration.
  • Experience managing insights, client management, or consulting oriented projects driving customer success with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience in implementing, optimizing and managing digital advertising campaigns, as well as managing complex, transformative solutions with clients.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in digital marketing, sales, and multi-functional project management leadership with customer impact.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in cross-functional and multi-layered stakeholder project management, driving business outcomes and customer solutions through collaboration.
  • Experience managing insights, client management, or consulting oriented projects driving customer success with cross-functional stakeholders.
