Havas Edge is part of the Havas Group's Edge Performance Network and offers its expertise in France and internationally (North America, Europe). 

The Paris office opened in March 2018 and is composed of 25 employees. It operates in "start-up" mode within the Havas group, autonomously. 

 

Since its launch, Havas Edge France has already attracted clients such as Linkedin, Vestiaire Collective, Shark Ninja, Heetch, La Rosée, Uriage, Pilot Pen, Horace, Cabaïa etc,... 

Introduction 

Within a dynamic and agile agency, you are an individual contributor, a true DOER. 

You will work daily with the Head of Trading, as well as the consulting team.

The Mission 

As a Digital Strategist at Havas Edge, you will build and nurture client relationships, delivering innovative 360° strategies that drive growth and market presence. You will optimize digital campaigns to achieve maximum ROI, stay ahead of market trends, and adopt cutting-edge digital solutions. Collaborating cross-functionally, you will ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement, while providing detailed performance reports and competitive insights to enhance client outcomes.

Your Responsibilities 

  • Strategic Development: Develop and propose innovative 360° strategies in line with client objectives and budgets. Identify growth opportunities and propose solutions to enhance their market presence. Supervise the implementation of strategies and ensure their follow-up.
  • Campaign Optimization: Oversee the delivery and optimization of digital campaigns, ensuring they meet predefined KPIs and deliver maximum ROI.
  • Innovation Adoption: Stay ahead of market trends and adopt innovative digital solutions, recommending new formats and platforms to enhance client strategies.
  • Performance Reporting: Analyze and present detailed performance reports, showcasing the impact of digital media strategies on client business outcomes.
  • Client Relationship support :Build lasting relationships of trust with clients, understand their business challenges, values, and ambitions. Lead client meetings, present strategic recommendations, campaign reports, and post-analysis campaigns.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with the trading team & Business Manager, to ensure seamless execution and optimization of digital campaigns.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Promote the adoption of new digital products and solutions within the client teams and across the network, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Maintain constant watch on trends, innovations, and competitor actions. Analyze campaign performance and propose optimization recommendations. 

 

Your profile 

  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in a similar position, in a media agency
  • You have a background of digital trader and have used the main platforms (SEA, SoMe, programmatic…)
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit, building and making an impact are your leit lotiv.
  • You are fluent in English so that you can interact with our clients, London and US offices.

  • You are fond of numbers and like to decrypt what they say; they are your driving force to understand and develop your client’s business, excel has no secrets for you
  • You know the media market and are constantly on the lookout, which makes you a real expert. 
  • You are rigorous, organized, curious and want to get involved in a fast-growing group by not hesitating to take initiatives. 
  • You know how to question yourself, like to be challenged
  • You have a good resistance to stress.
  • You have a perfect command of the office pack (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • You like using AI to improve productivity and to suggest ways of improving processes
