The Digital Strategy Manager, Product and Pricing Enablement will lead the transformation of product and pricing practices across Tax & Accounting Europe (TAAE). This role involves partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to streamline operations, reduce complexity, and harmonize practices across the enterprise. Key responsibilities include documenting current processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing standardized practices for product setup, pricing, renewals, and customer contracts. The manager will also own process design, lead change impact assessments, and track performance to strengthen the commercial foundation, improve customer experience, and support long-term growth.
Must have:
  • Document existing product and pricing processes across all BUs/Segments.
  • Analyze current practices to uncover inefficiencies and complexities.
  • Drive harmonization across BUs/Segments, including S4 HANA upgrade.
  • Define and implement standardized practices for product setup, bundling, pricing structures, renewal processes, and customer contract management.
  • Partner with Enterprise Data Management for consistent process and hierarchy.
  • Own end-to-end process design and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead change impact assessments and develop adoption strategies.
  • Partner with Product Operations for seamless execution of product lifecycle changes.
  • Define KPIs, track progress, and provide regular updates to executive leadership.
  • 8+ years of experience in business process transformation, operations, and/or systems implementation.
  • Specific focus in product operations or pricing enablement.
  • Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing executive stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills with a focus on process optimization.
  • Experience with pricing, product management, or customer contract processes.
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.

Job Details

The Digital Strategy Manager, Product and Pricing Enablement, under the guidance of the global lead will execute the transformation of product and pricing practices across Tax & Accounting Europe (TAAE) . This role partners closely with executive leadership, business units (BUs), and cross-functional teams to streamline operations, reduce complexity, and drive harmonization across the enterprise. This role is critical to closing revenue gaps, enabling order automation, and improving customer retention.

This person will be responsible for documenting TAAE current-state practices, identifying inefficiencies, and driving the design and implementation of standardized, scalable processes across product setup, pricing, and systems enablement. The role requires a deep understanding of business operations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. Ultimately, this role strengthens our commercial foundation—reducing churn, improving CX, and supporting long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document Current-State Practices

Map and document existing product and pricing processes across all BUs/Segments, including product setup, bundling, pricing models (user bands, subscription, transactional), renewals, and customer contracts.

  • Identify Pain Points

Analyze current practices to uncover inefficiencies, redundancies, and unnecessary complexity that hinder scalability and customer experience.

  • Drive Harmonization Across BUs/Segments

This role will help implement changes in all TAAE migrations, including the S4 HANA upgrade for existing STEP countries

  • Following the global definitions collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement standardized practices for:
  • Product setup and bundling
  • Pricing structures (user bands, subscription, transactional)
  • Renewal processes and customer contract management
  • Customer Data Governance
  • Partner with the Enterprise Data Management team to define and implement a consistent process and hierarchy across systems.
  • Process Ownership & Optimization
  • Own end-to-end process design and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with Salesforce and SAP platform capabilities and enhancements
  • Lead change impact assessments and develop adoption strategies to ensure successful implementation across business units.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership

Partnering closely with Product Operations to ensure seamless execution of product lifecycle changes, aligning system setup enabling go-to-market strategies and operational readiness. Collaboratively, this role ensures accurate, consistent product setup—preventing revenue leakage from issues like misconfigured multi-year agreements or pricing exceptions. These gaps currently result in missed or incorrect billing, manual rework, and customer dissatisfaction.

  • Performance Tracking & Reporting

Define KPIs, track progress, and provide regular updates to executive leadership on milestones, risks, and key decisions.

Qualifications

Required qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in business process transformation, operations, and/or systems implementation
  • Specific focus in product operations or pricing enablement, strongly preferred
  • Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing executive stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills with a focus on process optimization

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be capable of preparing and presenting complex material to executives and senior management
