Job Description

At Dungarvin, we provide person-centered supports for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities or complex medical needs. You will assist with daily activities like personal care, meal prep, and transportation, fostering independence. The role involves creating a safe, welcoming environment, providing supervision, positive reinforcement, and guidance to help individuals achieve their personal goals. Must Have:
  • Assist individuals with daily activities like personal care, meal prep, and transportation.
  • Foster independence in individuals.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment.
  • Provide supervision, positive reinforcement, and guidance.
  • Be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • Possess physical stamina to walk, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Possess basic computer skills for tracking progress and documentation.

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Passion for Helping Others
  • Physical stamina to stay on your feet, walk, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Basic computer skills for tracking progress and documentation.
