We are seeking a seasoned casino marketing leader to serve as the strategic driver of integrated brand and media initiatives for our Casino vertical. This role requires a leader who not only understands the nuances of the casino category, but has also proven impact shaping a casino brand, strengthening its market position, and delivering measurable business growth.
Unlike more general marketing roles, this position demands casino-specific expertise, advanced media strategy skills, and the ability to evolve partnerships and brand platforms within a highly competitive and regulated environment.
What You’ll Do as the Director of Casino Integrated Marketing
- Lead Casino Brand Evolution: Develop and evolve our casino brand positioning, storytelling, and customer experience to differentiate in a crowded market and build lasting equity.
- Design Casino-Specific Campaigns: Build integrated marketing campaigns rooted in casino product and player insights, connecting casino-first value propositions with creative concepts that deliver both brand health improvements and revenue growth.
- Drive Media Buying Strategy: Partner with leadership in marketing and analytics to build the external media investment strategy for Casino, including channel mix, funnel architecture, and measurement frameworks. Use data-driven models to balance upper-funnel brand building with lower-funnel performance and return on ad spend.
- Forge and Evolve Partnerships: Identify and activate casino-specific partnerships that extend reach, enhance customer engagement, and amplify brand storytelling.
- Integrate Across Channels: Align Paid Media, CRM, Social, Creative, and Legal functions to deliver cohesive, compliant, and performance-oriented campaigns.
- Measure and Optimize: Partner with Analytics and Channel teams to evaluate campaign performance against both brand and performance KPIs, codifying best practices that strengthen effectiveness and efficiency over time.
- Operate with Autonomy: Lead with clarity, ownership, and focus in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, continuously providing strategic direction across teams
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years of experience in integrated, brand, and/or product marketing.
- 5+ years of proven success in the casino/gaming industry with a demonstrable record of driving casino brand growth and measurable business results.
- Deep expertise in casino media buying strategy, including channel planning, funnel optimization, and leveraging media mix modeling for decision making.
- Proven ability to shift brand health metrics while maintaining performance efficiency benchmarks.
- Exceptional brief development, storytelling, and creative leadership skills that inspire cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Strong track record of building and managing casino-specific partnerships that expand brand presence and customer reach.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional leaders, gain alignment, and bring strategic clarity to complex marketing initiatives.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and at pace, with a strong bias toward executional rigor.
