Bounteous is seeking a Director of Marketing Technology with deep expertise across the Adobe Experience Cloud to help enterprise B2B organizations modernize and scale their marketing technology ecosystems. This role involves serving as a multi-solution architect and strategist, connecting marketing technology to measurable pipeline and revenue impact, orchestrating buyer and customer journeys, and leading clients in building scalable, data-driven capabilities. The Director will initially consult for a strategic client, defining a unified B2B marketing technology strategy, integrating data, content, and orchestration across Adobe Experience Cloud to drive growth and improve post-purchase experiences.
Good To Have:
  • 10+ years of experience designing and implementing customer data and marketing technology solutions, with a strong focus on B2B demand generation, ABM, and cross-channel engagement
  • 3+ years of experience at a digital-first, global delivery agency or consultancy
  • Deep consultative and client-facing expertise across B2B industries such as telecom, high technology, manufacturing, or financial services, with working knowledge of B2C personalization and lifecycle marketing
  • Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud, including Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Experience Platform, Journey Optimizer, Marketo Engage, and Customer Journey Analytics
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics), data lakes/warehouses (for example, Snowflake), and data orchestration tools common in enterprise ecosystems
  • Proven ability to define and operationalize MarTech Centers of Excellence, governance frameworks, and platform adoption models
  • Excellent communicator and influencer with the ability to build executive alignment and cross-functional consensus
  • Demonstrated success translating complex technical ecosystems into business outcomes tied to revenue growth, retention, and marketing effectiveness
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

  • Maintain subject-matter expertise across Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Experience Platform, Journey Optimizer, Marketo Engage, and Customer Journey Analytics
  • Advise sales and client teams on new features and assist in strategic positioning for both B2B and B2C use cases
  • Stay current on B2B and B2C marketing trends, including account-based experience (ABX), personalization at scale, and omnichannel orchestration
  • Identify and build packaged offerings and accelerators for demand generation, customer lifecycle marketing, CRM integration, and marketing operations maturity
  • Collaborate with platform partners on product advisory, integration frameworks, and co-innovation initiatives
  • Strategize and architect scalable platform implementations across Adobe Experience Cloud for both buyer and consumer journeys
  • Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, demos, and executive presentations
  • Define technical requirements for data models, integrations, and automation that support lead, account, and customer lifecycle management
  • Define and operationalize MarTech governance models across Marketing, Sales, and IT
  • Establish best practices for data stewardship, consent management, and campaign orchestration
  • Guide clients in evolving their operating models toward connected revenue and experience ecosystems
  • Translate business goals into data-driven architectures that improve pipeline velocity, conversion, and customer lifetime value
  • Define KPIs and attribution frameworks linking marketing technology investment to revenue performance
  • Ensure CRM, CDP, and Customer Journey Analytics ecosystems work together to deliver unified reporting and actionable insights across both B2B and B2C journeys

Bounteous is seeking a Director of Marketing Technology with deep expertise across the Adobe Experience Cloud to help enterprise B2B organizations modernize and scale their marketing technology ecosystems. The ideal candidate is a multi-solution architect and strategist who connects marketing technology to measurable pipeline and revenue impact, orchestrates both buyer and customer journeys, and leads clients in building scalable, data-driven capabilities that accelerate growth across business and consumer audiences.

This role will initially serve as a marketing technology consultant for one of Bounteous’s strategic Telecom and High Technology clients, helping to align complex, multi-channel go-to-market ecosystems across marketing, sales, and customer success. The engagement will focus on defining a unified B2B marketing technology strategy and operating model, integrating data, content, and orchestration capabilities across the Adobe Experience Cloud to drive pipeline growth, accelerate buyer engagement, and improve post-purchase experiences. Key priorities include establishing a MarTech Center of Excellence, improving governance and collaboration across teams, and enabling account-based experiences (ABX), demand generation, and cross-channel personalization through connected data and activation workflows. The Director will help the client modernize how their marketing, sales, and service ecosystems work together, delivering consistent, data-driven experiences across the full lifecycle from awareness to purchase to retention and advocacy.

Outside of delivery responsibilities, this role ensures a seamless transition between the sales and delivery teams. It serves as a trusted advisor to clients and platform partners, optimizing buyer and customer engagement by effectively leveraging Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. A strong understanding of enterprise B2B and B2C data and marketing technologies, scalable architectures, and governance models is critical to success.

The Director partners with client service and business development teams to identify and expand account opportunities, creating solutions that maximize customer and business value through marketing technology platforms. This high-visibility role also supports partnerships with Adobe and other ecosystem partners to foster innovation, drive product adoption, achieve company certifications, and influence product roadmaps. This position strengthens Bounteous’s role as a leading Adobe Experience Cloud partner for B2B and hybrid organizations.

Information Security Responsibilities

  • Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
  • Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
  • Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to Bounteous’s market presence as the go-to Adobe Experience Cloud partner for B2B and hybrid enterprises.
  • Mentor internal teams and contribute to the development of best-practice frameworks, playbooks, and accelerators.
