They seek a Director Strategy to lead global client accounts, develop holistic brand and communication strategies, collaborate with creative teams, and derive insights from data. The role requires a deep understanding of consumer behavior, trends, and interdisciplinary collaboration to shape long-term client visions.
Must have:
  • Lead global, integrated client accounts and be responsible for holistic brand and communication strategy.
  • Provide impulses in classic and non-classic brand work.
  • Collaborate closely with creation and develop inspiring ideas.
  • Quickly develop a profound understanding of consumers.
  • Think holistically and user-centrically, navigating ideas within a consumer journey.
  • Derive clear implications for brands and communication from qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Establish new models of interdisciplinary collaboration to develop and lead client's long-term vision.
  • Possess several years of experience in strategy or planning in an advertising, communication, or design agency.
  • Have profound knowledge of common analysis tools, research methods, and techniques.
  • Demonstrate very good presentation and communication skills.
  • Be experienced in workshops, moderation, and facilitation (also remote).
  • Be able to lead teams (across agency and country borders).
  • Possess negotiation and presentation-level English skills.

We are looking for a Director Strategy (m/f/d) for our team.

Overview

Your tasks:

  • Together with the team, you lead a global, integrated client and are responsible for the holistic brand and communication strategy.
  • You provide impulses in classic and non-classic brand work.
  • You collaborate closely with creation and develop inspiring ideas.
  • You quickly develop a profound understanding of consumers.
  • You think holistically & user-centrically and navigate the overarching idea in the context of a Consumer Journey.
  • You have a feel for trends and an affinity for Cultural Marketing.
  • You can derive clear implications for brands and communication from qualitative and quantitative data.
  • You establish new models of interdisciplinary collaboration across trades and agencies to develop and lead the client's long-term vision.

Qualifications

Your profile:

  • You have several years of experience as a responsible person in strategy or planning in an advertising, communication, or design agency.
  • You possess profound knowledge of common analysis tools, research methods, and techniques.
  • Ideally, you have already worked in a global environment (global clients and international markets).
  • You have a confident demeanor and very good presentation and communication skills.
  • You can convincingly present complex matters and engage the audience.
  • You are experienced in workshops, moderation, facilitation (also remote).
  • You are a team player and diplomatic.
  • You bring curiosity about people and an intercultural mindset.
  • You can lead teams (across agency and country borders).
  • You have negotiation and presentation-level English skills.
