Company description
"What helps people, helps business."
This quote from Leo Burnett succinctly captures our HumanKind philosophy: we build creative ideas based on people's concrete needs as well as their profound desires. This is more relevant than ever in a world characterized by constant change, evolving communication patterns, and ever-new demands on the relationships between people and brands.
This "People Centricity" is at the core of our working method and inextricably linked to our company culture. We tell stories that go beyond conventional advertising, inspire, and sustainably shape a brand's community – thus ensuring its cultural relevance now and in the future. And for exactly that, we are looking for people with curiosity, empathy, passion, and a will to create.
Leo Germany is a global creative agency and part of the Publicis Groupe, one of the world's leading communication service providers.
