The Senior Strategist will identify societal trends, develop brand and campaign concepts, and lead projects from insight generation to creative implementation for clients like Samsung and PayPal. The role requires strong analytical skills, global experience, and the ability to lead and collaborate within a dynamic environment.
Must have:
  • Several years of experience in strategy or planning
  • Profound knowledge of common analysis tools, research methods, and techniques
  • Cultural Marketing knowledge
  • Work experience in a global environment (global clients and international markets)
  • Very good German and English language skills
  • Ability to keep a cool head and handle complex situations

Overview

Your tasks:

  • You have a feel for societal trends & cultural currents and their influence on brands – and vice versa
  • Consumer and target group understanding starts for you with trend and market media studies, but doesn't end there
  • You manage to extract relevant information from Big Data
  • You not only develop brand, product, and campaign concepts, but also confidently present them to clients
  • You think holistically & user-centrically and skillfully navigate the overarching idea along the Consumer Journey
  • You develop research designs for generating consumer insights for brand strategies, as well as ensuring and conducting analyses and market research projects
  • You have your projects under control and provide the foundation for excellent creation with sharp briefings of broad inspirational power
  • The creative product is close to your heart, from development to implementation in integrated communication measures

Qualifications

What you bring:

  • You have several years of experience as a responsible person in strategy or planning
  • You possess profound knowledge of common analysis tools, research methods, and techniques
  • Cultural Marketing is more than just a buzzword for you
  • You bring work experience in a global environment (global clients and international markets)
  • You have very good German and English language skills
  • You keep a cool head even when things get heated and can handle complex situations well
  • You can lead and manage a team, but are also a team player and diplomatic
  • You have great curiosity for people
