Your daily life

At the heart of Saint Quentin en Yvelines, the Elancourt site is one of the most important technological centers of excellence. The diversity and technicality of the systems and equipment mobilize expertise in more than 80 professions in defense, high-tech security, and digital services solutions.

As a drone offer manager, your main missions will be to:

• Contribute to defining the winning response strategy with the commercial manager and product line manager (target price, industrial setup, technical content, and innovation, etc.)
• Build the proposal and ensure its submission, in compliance with issued mandates, after prior presentation to various stakeholders (sector level and OME BL)
• Organize and lead a multi-disciplinary team in functional mode
• Participate in discussions with the client and cooperate with the commercial manager for offer negotiation and contract finalization.
• Ensure a smooth transition of the offer file to the project team.

Occasional travel expected in France and internationally

Your profile

Holder of a BAC+5 (Master's degree equivalent), you have experience/skills in:

• Minimum 10 years in batch management/offer and/or project management, with essential experience in an offer manager position
• Cross-functional animation and multi-disciplinary teamwork
• Rigor in activity monitoring
• Mastery of complex negotiations and commercial sense
• Terrestrial military environments / drone domain
• Export control issues
