Electrical Engineering Manager

Motorola Solutions is seeking an Electrical Engineering Manager for its A&E Accessory Department in Penang, Malaysia. This role involves driving the design, development, and delivery of innovative, high-quality audio accessories. The manager will lead and develop a team of EE engineers, foster innovation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include technical oversight throughout the product lifecycle, from concept to post-launch support. Candidates should have a degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering and at least 7 years of experience in electrical/audio engineering, including RF design, along with strong leadership and communication skills.

Must Have

• Partner closely with program manager, product management, software and mechanical engineering, suppliers, cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight throughout the product lifecycle.

• Min 7 years in electrical/audio engineering related field.
• Strong technical knowledge in Electrical and Audio engineering design, including RF.
• Proven track record of successful issue solving.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and manage competing priorities.
