CRM Associate (Salesforce) 

Full-time, Remote (EST Time Zone)

The Role:
You’ll be working with a fast-growing, tech-driven pet nutrition company incubated within one of the world’s leading meal kit organizations. This brand combines the agility of a startup with the backing of a global enterprise and is on a mission to revolutionize the pet food industry.

As a CRM Associate, you will take ownership of email marketing campaigns and user journey management using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to deliver effective, data-informed campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention.

This role is ideal for someone with a proactive mindset, basic SQL knowledge, and a passion for pets.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute day-to-day email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud across various customer segments.

  • Develop and manage user journeys to personalize communication at every touchpoint.

  • Maintain a calendar of campaign schedules and A/B testing plans.

  • Collaborate with creative teams to refine and enhance email content; rework visual assets when needed.

  • Run A/B tests on segmentation, offers, and content, and analyze results to improve performance.

  • Report on key KPIs and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.

  • Partner with Growth and Product teams to launch experiments that drive performance.

  • Continuously optimize CRM processes for better engagement and conversion.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including user journey building.

  • Basic SQL knowledge for segmentation and campaign logic (mandatory).

  • Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets to analyze performance (CAC, ROI, etc.).

  • Experience with Figma, Photoshop or similar tools is a strong plus.

  • Background in Marketing, Business, or Economics, with strong academic performance.

  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects at once.

  • Strong communicator with an analytical, creative, and solutions-oriented mindset.

  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

  • Must be a dog lover and comfortable working in a brand centered on pet parents.
