Job Summary
The Global Talent Co. is seeking a data-driven SEO Specialist to lead their organic growth. This part-time, remote role involves taking full ownership of SEO strategies, including technical, on-page, content, and link building, while also pioneering new approaches using large language models (LLM SEO). The mission is to boost search visibility, attract high-intent candidates and clients, and innovate with AI-driven methods to maintain a competitive edge.
Must Have
- Conduct SEO audits (technical, on-page, off-page)
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
- Optimize site structure, metadata, internal linking, schema, and Core Web Vitals
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams for SEO-driven content
- Build and manage link-building and outreach initiatives
- Track and report on keyword rankings, organic traffic, and lead generation
- Diagnose and resolve crawl, indexation, and site performance issues
- Experiment with LLM-driven SEO using AI tools
- Evaluate and refine AI-assisted content for quality and SEO alignment
- Stay updated on search algorithm updates and AI-driven SEO trends
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership
- 3-6 years of hands-on SEO experience
- Strong proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog)
- Solid understanding of keyword research, semantic SEO, and content optimization
- Experience experimenting with LLMs / AI tools in SEO workflows
- Proven track record of improving organic visibility, keyword rankings, and conversions
- Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Looker Studio

Your Role:
We’re looking for a sharp, data-driven SEO Specialist to join our in-house team at The Global Talent Co. You’ll take full ownership of our organic growth engine, driving both traditional SEO (technical, on-page, content, and link building) and pioneering new strategies using large language models (LLM SEO). Your mission: increase our visibility in search, attract high-intent candidates and clients, and experiment with AI-driven approaches to stay ahead of the curve.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct SEO audits across technical, on-page, and off-page dimensions to uncover opportunities
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to guide content strategy
- Optimize site structure, metadata, internal linking, schema, and Core Web Vitals
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to produce SEO-driven blogs, landing pages, and resources
- Build and manage link-building and outreach initiatives to strengthen domain authority
- Track and report on keyword rankings, organic traffic, and lead generation
- Diagnose and resolve crawl, indexation, and site performance issues
- Experiment with LLM-driven SEO, using AI tools for keyword clustering, topic ideation, and meta generation
- Evaluate and refine AI-assisted content to ensure quality, compliance, and SEO alignment
- Stay on top of search algorithm updates, AI-driven SEO trends, and industry best practices
- Present findings and recommendations to the leadership team with clear action steps
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of hands-on SEO experience, including technical, content, and link-building
- Strong proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, etc.)
- Solid understanding of keyword research, semantic SEO, and content optimization
- Experience experimenting with LLMs / AI tools in SEO workflows (content ideation, clustering, prompt engineering)
- Proven track record of improving organic visibility, keyword rankings, and conversions
- Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar tools
- Comfortable working autonomously in a part-time, remote-first environment
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities within limited hours
- Bonus: Background in recruitment marketing, talent acquisition, or B2B SaaS marketing
