Job Description

Sonat is seeking an Employee Experience & Employer Branding Executive to foster a positive company culture and enhance its employer brand. The role involves planning and executing internal communications, organizing events, and managing recruitment channels. Key responsibilities include digitizing employee experiences, developing creative campaigns, and coordinating with HR. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in internal communication or employer branding, strong content creation and event organization skills, and good English proficiency. Must have:
  • Create environment for employee development and positive company culture.
  • Plan and implement engaging content via various channels.
  • Develop ideas, plan, and organize internal events within budget and schedule.
  • Collect employee insights, conduct surveys, and propose communication improvements.
  • Report on program effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  • Identify and communicate Employer Value Proposition (EVP) through creative campaigns.
  • Coordinate with HR for content synchronization across internal and external channels.
  • Manage recruitment channels and create attractive content for candidates.
  • Support Talent Acquisition in initial candidate communication tasks.
  • Represent the company at various career and student events.
  • Report on Employer Branding activities and propose new directions.

WORKING HOURS

  • Work from Monday to Friday, off Saturday & Sunday
  • Morning: 8:30 – 12:00 | Afternoon: 13:00 – 18:00
  • Afternoon break: 15:00 – 15:30

###### 2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Internal Communication & Culture Building

  • Create an environment where employees can develop by digitizing experiences and fostering a positive company culture.
  • Plan and implement content via email, internal newsletters, social media, video recaps... ensuring accurate and engaging content.
  • Develop ideas, plan, and organize internal events (YEP, teambuilding, seniority celebration, festivals...) on schedule and within budget.
  • Collect insights and feedback from employees, conduct surveys, propose improvements for communication activities.
  • Report: Synthesize and evaluate program effectiveness, propose improvements.

Employer Branding

  • Identify and communicate Employer Value Proposition (EVP) through creative campaigns and content.
  • Coordinate with HR team to synchronize content across internal and external communication channels.
  • Manage recruitment channels like LinkedIn, Facebook, website... and create engaging content to attract candidates.
  • Support Talent Acquisition in initial candidate communication tasks (sending tests, confirming schedules...).
  • Represent the company at job fairs, seminars, talk shows, student events,...
  • Report: Evaluate EB activities and propose new implementation directions.

###### 3. REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge

  • Graduated from Human Resource Management, Marketing, PR, International Business, Business Administration,... majors at universities.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Internal Communication, EB, or equivalent positions.
  • Clear understanding of internal communication principles, employer branding, multi-channel campaign implementation.
  • Good English proficiency (international English certificate is a plus)

Skills

  • Good writing, editing, and content creation skills (Vietnamese & English).
  • Event organization skills, ability to inspire others.
  • Good energy, MC skills are a plus.
  • Proficient in design tools like Canva, Ai, Photoshop is an advantage.
  • Good use of AI tools to increase work efficiency.
  • Good communication, effective cross-departmental coordination, time management, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
