As an HR Leader/Manager, you play a pivotal role in shaping the company's culture and driving business success through people. You will ensure that HR initiatives are aligned with organizational goals, and that the HR team is inspired, supported, and engaged with the company's overall vision. Your role is to build cohesion, spread a positive spirit, and guide the team according to shared values.
A. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategic Leadership & Culture Building
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Promote employee engagement programs, change management, and HR experience.
- Use HR data to forecast needs, close talent gaps, and improve performance.
2. Full HR Lifecycle Management
- Comprehensively manage the HR lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, training, retention.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain a positive work environment.
- Resolve conflicts and foster a spirit of cooperation among departments.
3. Recruitment & Employer Branding
- Source and attract talent through recruitment platforms, professional networks, and creative campaigns.
- Build an excellent employer brand and candidate experience.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the recruitment process.
4. Training & Development
- Identify training needs and design effective development programs.
- Support leadership development and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Apply technology in training activities to optimize the learning experience.
5. HR Operations & Internal Communications
- Maintain complete HR data systems and ensure compliance.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, handle feedback, and organize HR events.
- Serve as a trusted HR point of contact throughout the organization.
B. REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge
- Graduated with a major in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or holding international HR-related certifications.
- 3-5 years of experience in human resources and people management, especially in building a positive work environment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing teams or HR departments.
- Deep understanding of organizational structure building, corporate culture, and effective internal communication.
- Experience in employer branding, HR value proposition, and talent attraction.
- Comprehensive knowledge of recruitment, benefits, training, and talent retention.
- Knowledge of labor law, corporate finance, and regulations affecting HR operations.
- Preference for candidates with experience in the IT or Gaming industry, especially in building culture and engagement strategies.
