WORKING HOURS
- Work Monday to Friday, off Saturday & Sunday
- Morning: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM | Afternoon: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM

###### 2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily tasks
- Collect, verify, and store accounting data and documents arising from daily transactions.
- Review orders, invoices, payment requests to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Account for and manage daily accounting documents and ledgers.
- Perform interbank fund transfers to ensure timely and accurate payments.
Tax and compliance
- Prepare and submit monthly tax declarations: VAT, PIT, CIT (if applicable).
- Advise BOD on tax-related matters, revenue and expenditure, and cost optimization.
- Support tax-related issues and respond to internal tax inquiries.
- Participate in tax finalization, support external inspections, audits.
- Record and monitor tax adjustments as required by authorities.
Reporting and reconciliation
- Perform monthly closing and prepare financial statements, management reports.
- Ensure all transactions are recorded according to accounting standards and legal regulations.
- Amend and update SOPs related to accounting – financial processes when necessary.
Year-end tasks
- Prepare year-end financial statements.
- Ensure all remaining VAT invoices are accounted for and reconciled before year-end.
- Complete and submit CIT, PIT finalization reports on time.
Payroll and benefits management
- Manage timekeeping, leave, overtime.
- Manage social insurance: registration, declaration, processing benefits with social insurance agencies.
- Calculate and manage employee salaries.
- Prepare personal income tax declarations (TNCN), PIT finalization for employees.
- Answer questions related to payroll, deductions, and income-related issues.
###### 3. REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge
- University degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience as a General Accountant, preference for candidates with tax and payroll experience.
- Chief Accountant certificate.
- Strong understanding of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and tax regulations.
- Knowledge of payroll processing, social insurance (BHXH, BHYT, BHTN) and employee benefits management.
Skills
- Proficient in Google Sheet, Excel, and accounting software.
- Skills in preparing financial statements, cash flow statements, and management reports.
- Skills in reconciliation, data analysis, and discrepancy detection.
- Ability to communicate in English and read professional English documents in accounting – finance.
