Accountant

This role involves managing all aspects of incoming and outgoing invoices, maintaining customer and vendor master data, and assisting with monthly and annual financial statements. The ideal candidate will have a completed commercial education, professional experience in accounting, native German and fluent English skills, and strong knowledge of tax regulations and MS Office, particularly Excel.

Must Have

• Review, record, and assign all incoming invoices
• Create and manage outgoing invoices
• Maintain and update customer and vendor master data
• Assist with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Support monthly and annual closing processes
• Accompany audits and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards
• Native level German and fluent English skills
• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in accounting or bookkeeping
• Good knowledge of relevant tax regulations and provisions
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel

Good to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
