We are looking for a driven and collaborative individual to join our Revenue Enablement team, with a primary focus on supporting our internal Partner organization. This mid-level role will design, build, and deliver enablement programs, resources, and training that empower our partner-facing teams and partners to succeed. While your primary charter will be partner enablement, you will also collaborate closely with our direct sales organization and have the opportunity to support broader enablement initiatives, including new hire onboarding and content management, when capacity allows. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the enablement strategy for a critical revenue channel, work cross-functionally across the business, and make a measurable impact on partner success.
Must have:
  • Create clear, concise internal documentation, sales playbooks, and external-facing partner collateral.

  • Partner with various teams to ensure consistent messaging, positioning, and execution.
  • Maintain and update partner enablement materials in content repository.
  • Manage enablement initiatives from intake to delivery, balancing multiple priorities.

Job Details

What you’ll do:

  • Develop Partner Enablement Assets: Create clear, concise internal documentation, sales playbooks, and external-facing partner collateral.
  • Design Training: Build engaging training for internal partner-facing teams and partners, in collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with the Partner organization, direct sales, marketing, and product marketing to ensure consistent messaging, positioning, and execution.
  • Content Management & Governance: Maintain and update partner enablement materials in our content repository, ensuring relevance and ease of access.
  • Program Management: Manage enablement initiatives from intake to delivery, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Measure Impact: Track and report on program adoption, engagement, and effectiveness to key stakeholders.
  • Support Broader Enablement Initiatives: Contribute to company-wide enablement programs, including new hire onboarding and sales content strategy, as needed.

Experience you’ll bring:

  • Content Development Skills: Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling, easy-to-use resources.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities, delivering high-quality work on time.
  • Collaboration: Strong relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Tools: Familiarity with enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot), Gong, LMS tools, and Google suite.
  • Mindset: Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3–5 years in sales enablement, partner enablement, partner marketing, sales operations, or a related field — ideally in SaaS or technology.
  • Hybrid Work Model: This role follows a hybrid schedule, with on-site work at our Westlake/Dallas, TX office Tuesday through Thursday and remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. This approach helps us collaborate more effectively, make decisions more quickly, and build a stronger culture, while still providing flexibility.

Physical Requirements:

This role is primarily performed in an office or home office setting and involves standard computer-based work.

Pay Transparency:

The US base salary range for this role is $75,000 - $104,200 USD. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and other factors. Additional benefits and bonuses may apply.
