As an Engineering Delivery Manager within the MTO (Modernization & Obsolescence Treatment) department, you will work for Offers & Projects to ensure compliance with costs, planning, and quality for all engineering services (system, software, and hardware for the solution and all elements of the solution) within the framework of the projects entrusted to you:
Graduated from higher education (Engineer or equivalent), you have 5 to 10 years of experience in an equivalent position in the field of material engineering, including at least 3 years in managing engineering deliverables.
You have experience in the field of offers as well as in the development of avionics products.
You know how to lead a team by setting priorities around a calendar, technical, and financial objective, and work cross-functionally within multidisciplinary teams with strong technical business skills across different sites in France and abroad.
The first projects will focus on military aircraft avionics; rigor and agility will be necessary. We will be delighted to welcome you to our team.
