Engineering Manager(Python,Kafka,Microservices)

The Engineering Manager leads a team in developing, maintaining, and implementing projects, applying expertise in relevant technologies and product architecture. This role involves planning release schedules, monitoring progress, managing resources, identifying risks, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. The manager also provides guidance, coaching, and career development feedback to the team, handles appraisals, and allocates work.

• Formulates tactical plans for development and ensures timely execution.
• Coordinates availability of development environments and tools.
• Identifies risks and defines mitigation plans, communicating them timely.
• Facilitates cross-team communication on reporting progress and resolving impediments.
• Ensures supporting project documentation is in order and submitted timely.
• Ensures development processes and quality standards are adhered.
• Provides guidance, feedback, coaching, and developmental experiences to the team.
• Provides feedback to team on career path and guides continuous development and learning.
• Conducts appraisals, provides feedback, and handles work allocations for direct reports.

Formulates tactical plans for development and ensures timely execution of projects. Coordinates availability of development environments and tools. Identifies risks and defines mitigation plans and communicates those plans in a timely manner. Facilitates cross-team communication on reporting progress and resolving impediments. Ensures supporting project documentation is in order and submitted in a timely manner. Ensures development processes and quality standards are adhered. Provides guidance, feedback, coaching, and developmental experiences to the team. Provides feedback to team on career path and guides them in continuous development and learning.
