Job Description

Junior Programmer

Will be part of an Architecture and Innovation team, responsible for the Tasy system's Customization Framework. Will be part of a team that works following agile methodology and focuses on professional development, team cohesion, and delivering quality and value to our client.

Your Role:

• Contribute to the development, corrections, and improvements of our software;
• Participate in ceremonies for Sprint and PI activity planning;
• Participate in the code review process;
• Contribute to the preparation and execution of tests;
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation;
• Correctly follow quality standards and norms.

You are the right person if:

• Have a desire to pursue and evolve in a technical career;
• Completed technical course or incomplete higher education in Computer Science, Information Systems, and related fields;
• Knowledge in Java, Spring Framework, Javascript or React;
• Desirable knowledge in databases, preferably Oracle or PostgreSQL;
• Have availability to work in a hybrid model (3x in-person/2x home office) in Blumenau SC;

We believe that we make a greater impact when we are together than apart. For our office team members (semi-presential), this means working in person at least three days a week, to collaborate and establish connections with our team and peer areas.

On-site positions require the employee's daily presence at the company's facilities.

For employees in a field role, their functions are performed more effectively outside the company's facilities, usually at client or supplier facilities.

This is a semi-presential position.
