This role is for an Entry Level Support Analyst to join the Philips technical support team, focusing on the Tasy System for national and international clients. The analyst will be responsible for handling and resolving tickets, ensuring customer satisfaction, diagnosing and solving problems related to the Tasy system, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining detailed documentation of solutions and processes.
Good To Have:
  • Spanish and English language proficiency.
  • Knowledge of PLSQL language.
  • Knowledge of Webservices.
Must Have:
  • Handle and resolve support tickets.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support TASY System's Healthcare modules (Medical Prescription and Nursing Processes).
  • Diagnose and solve problems related to TASY system usage.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for quick problem resolution.
  • Elaborate and maintain detailed documentation of solutions and processes.
  • Higher Education Degree.
  • Availability for hybrid work (3 days in office/2 days home office) in Blumenau SC.
  • Experience in Healthcare (Medical and Nursing).
  • Experience with support and hospital environment.
  • Knowledge of TASY Healthcare modules (medical records, prescription, nursing, etc.).
  • Communication, negotiation, and initiative skills.

Junior Support Analyst

We are looking for professionals who are not afraid of challenges, like to identify and solve problems, who identify with working closely with clients and other company departments, and have a strong sense of teamwork and cooperation. You will be part of the team that provides technical support for Philips solutions, mainly focusing on the Tasy System for national and international clients.

You will be responsible for:

  • Handling and resolving Tickets
  • Ensuring customer service and satisfaction;
  • Healthcare Module – Medical Prescription and Nursing Processes
  • Diagnosis and Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to the use of the TASY system.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work together with multifunctional teams to ensure quick problem resolution, always focusing on customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of solutions and processes, ensuring a solid knowledge base for future use by the entire team.

To succeed in this position you need:

  • Completed Higher Education
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model (3x in-person/2x home office) in Blumenau SC;
  • Experience in the Healthcare area (Medical and Nursing)
  • Experience with support and Hospital experience, having experience with the TASY system is a great differential.
  • Knowledge of the operation and parameterization of TASY's Healthcare modules, medical records, prescription, Nursing, etc.
  • Communication, negotiation, and initiative skills;
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to technically explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
