ESD Engineer

The ESD Engineer will be responsible for defining and implementing ESD methodologies for silicon developed by Apple. This includes specifying chip and IP level ESD requirements, designing ESD protection devices and circuits, and developing test structures for characterization. The role involves collaborating with foundries on ESD library and rule development, maintaining an ESD device library, generating and reviewing testing plans, and managing sign-off reviews. The engineer will also drive ESD-related debug activities. This role requires a strong understanding of ESD principles and a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.
