Job Summary
In this role, you’ll support the Exchange Traded Products (ETP) business and gain hands-on experience supporting clients through the ETP product launch lifecycle. You will also be working with internal parties and teams like data/reporting, regulatory/compliance, and economic research on ETP related projects and initiatives to better position the Nasdaq ETP Listings business. You'll manage client onboarding, provide sales support, and conduct data analysis to support product design and regulatory filings.
Must Have
- Manage new listings/transfer onboarding process and respond to changes impacting existing products.
- Prepare presentation materials and organize listings opportunities into Salesforce and Monday.com.
- Conduct data analysis for product design, regulatory filing, client requests, and presentations.
- Create and maintain business intelligence dashboards.
- Work closely with Nasdaq’s data and reporting teams to ensure timeliness of reports and troubleshoot issues.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in finance, computer science, business, or equivalent experience.
- Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and take on new challenges.
- Ability to work well with others and contribute to a team environment.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Curiosity about technology, finance, and global markets.
- Basic skills in SQL, Microsoft Office, Business Intelligence Software (Quicksight, Tableau), Salesforce.

Job Description

You will also be working with internal parties and teams like data/reporting, regulatory/compliance, and economic research on ETP related projects and initiatives to better position the Nasdaq ETP Listings business. You don’t need to know everything on day one — we’ll help you build the skills, confidence, and network to grow your career.
What You’ll Do
Support ETP team with day-to-day tasks and contribute to ongoing initiatives.
- Client Onboarding - Manage the new listings/transfer onboarding process and respond to changes impacting existing products in conjunction with various internal teams such as Listings Qualifications, Legal, Marketing, Index, Operations, etc.
- Sales Support - Prepare presentation materials, organize listings opportunities into Salesforce and Monday.com to support ETP business development efforts
- Data Analysis - Conduct analysis to support product design, regulatory filing; prepare data and visualization for client requests and presentations; create and maintain business intelligence dashboards
- Work closely with Nasdaq’s data and reporting teams to ensure timeliness of reports and help troubleshoot any issues
What We’re Looking For

The base pay range for this role is $50,700 - $84,500. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
