Must Have:
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing promotional and corporate events
  • Support the sales team with lead generation and client follow-ups
  • Set up and break down event materials, displays, and booths
  • Maintain inventory of promotional materials and event supplies
  • Prepare reports and track performance of sales/event campaigns
  • Provide on-site support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly
  • Engage with clients, attendees, and vendors in a professional manner
  • Coordinate schedules, logistics, and administrative tasks as needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in event coordination, sales assistance, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
  • Comfortable working both independently and in team settings
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or evenings for events
