Job Description

As an Executive Assistant, you ensure the smooth operation of partners, teams, and executives within our Strategic People Advisory Practice. You contribute valuable support through daily administrative tasks, free up colleagues' time, and maintain an overview even in stressful moments. Furthermore, you are comfortable with client contact and possess strong organizational skills.
Must have:
  • Support partners in daily business: scheduling, calendar management, travel organization, and coordination of international meetings.
  • Communication and correspondence: professional written communication, email management, and interface between partners, clients, and internal teams.
  • Management of administrative tasks: document management and organization of events or workshops.
  • Confidential support: handling sensitive information, discretion, and proactive support for partners' strategic tasks.
  • Networking and stakeholder management: building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and support partners in strategic initiatives.
  • Adherence to internal standards and guidelines when handling sensitive information by constantly maintaining confidentiality.
  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
  • First professional experience in a comparable position.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern technologies.
  • Excellent German and good English language skills, written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proactive, structured, and committed way of working.
