  • Data entry and administrative office management tasks.
  • Negotiations with insurers on premiums and benefits.
  • Support for client advisors and team leaders.
  • Support in claims processing.
  • Completed training as an insurance clerk or comparable qualification.
  • Extensive knowledge in composite and private insurance.
  • Proficiency in common MS Office programs.

Insurance Specialist for Upscale Private Client Business (m/f/d) in Internal Service

The MARSH Private Client Services (PCS) division specializes in the individual risk protection of high-net-worth individuals and families (HNWI). Our experts advise on the risks that can be associated with an upscale lifestyle.

From our office in Hamburg, we serve our clientele throughout Germany with tailor-made coverage concepts. Based on their individual life circumstances, we jointly determine their specific risk situation with clients and coordinate suitable protection. We ensure the quality of insurance coverage through an international network of experienced specialists (e.g., for art, yachts, classic cars, premium cars, riding and racehorses). Regular review of contracts and adjustment of insurance coverage for our existing clients are part of our service, as are, of course, the preparation of offers for new clients and support and advice in the event of a claim.

  • Professional support and portfolio actions for our high-net-worth private clients with a focus on composite insurance
  • Written and telephone support, advice, and answering inquiries
  • Risk assessment, obtaining and preparing offers, application processing, contract setup, and preliminary claims processing
  • Data entry and administrative office management tasks; creation of policies and endorsements
  • Negotiations with insurers regarding premium and benefit content of insurance coverage
  • Professional and administrative support for the client advisor and the PCS team leader
  • Support in claims processing
