The Executive Producer at Hogarth is a senior leadership role overseeing complex, high-value production projects and managing key client relationships. This role acts as a strategic partner to clients and internal teams, ensuring world-class content delivery aligned with brand objectives, budget, and timelines. It requires a seasoned production expert with exceptional leadership, client management, and problem-solving skills, capable of driving innovation and operational excellence across diverse media. The role involves hands-on Production Leadership for Adaptation & Versioning work for EMEA markets, across TV, Cinema, Online, Social & DOOH platforms, working directly with Hogarth AMs, local UK agencies, and UK clients.
Must have:
  • Oversee strategic direction and execution of major accounts or complex projects.
  • Develop and implement innovative production strategies and workflows.
  • Anticipate future production needs and trends, advising on best practices.
  • Make staffing decisions, organize workloads, and manage client share.
  • Serve as senior point of contact and trusted advisor for key clients.
  • Responsible for creation of financial job numbers and billing for direct client work.
  • Onboard new clients/accounts, ensuring correct procedures are followed.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for growth and expansion of services.
  • Manage complex client expectations and navigate challenging situations.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Producers.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support on complex projects and career development.
  • Conduct performance reviews and contribute to professional growth of direct reports.
  • Responsible for financial health of assigned accounts/projects, including forecasting, budgeting, and profitability.
  • Oversee development of large-scale project estimates and ensure rigorous cost control.
  • Drive operational efficiencies and process improvements across production portfolio.
  • Collaborate with resource management for optimal allocation of talent and technology.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate high-level risks associated with productions and client relationships.
  • Act as ultimate escalation point for production challenges, providing decisive solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, legal requirements, and brand guidelines.
  • Maintain unwavering commitment to delivering highest quality content.
  • Champion innovation in production techniques, technology, and creative solutions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and new production capabilities.

What does an Executive Producer do at Hogarth?

The Executive Producer at Hogarth is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing a portfolio of complex, high-value production projects and managing key client relationships Production Lead on Creative. You will be a strategic partner to clients and internal teams, ensuring the delivery of world-class content that aligns with brand objectives, budget, and timelines. This role requires a seasoned production expert with exceptional leadership, client management, and problem-solving skills, capable of driving innovation and operational excellence across a diverse range of media. You will be a hands-on Production Lead on Adaptation & Versioning work for EMEA markets. Working across assets for multiple platfoms – TV, Cinema, Online, Social & DOOH. You will work directly with Hogarth AMs, local UK agencies and UK clients.

Requirements

Strategic Production Leadership:

  • Oversee the strategic direction and execution of a portfolio of major accounts or complex projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and Hogarth's business objectives.
  • Develop and implement innovative production strategies and workflows to optimize efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness at scale.
  • Anticipate future production needs and trends, advising clients and internal teams on best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Make staffing decisions within the team; organizing workloads, arranging the client share, covering holiday/sick leave,
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as a senior point of contact and trusted advisor for key clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
  • POC for direct client work – responsible for creation of financial job numbers and billing.
  • Onboarding of new clients/accounts, making sure they follow correct procedures
  • Proactively identify opportunities for growth and expansion of services within existing accounts.
  • Manage complex client expectations and navigate challenging situations with diplomacy and effective solutions.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship:
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Producers (Senior, Mid-Level, Junior), fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to your team on complex projects, problem-solving, and career development.
  • Conduct performance reviews and contribute to the professional growth of your direct reports.
  • Financial & Operational Oversight:
  • Responsible for the financial health of your assigned accounts/projects, including forecasting, budgeting, and profitability.
