Job Summary
Job Description
This role involves managing vehicle export processes, including system registration (e.g., SAP), coordinating with importers for master forms, and leading meetings with Logistics, Finance, and NCT teams to support export sales. Responsibilities also include vehicle invoicing in SAP, ensuring timely and quality delivery of vehicle forecasts, monitoring KPIs, maintaining export minimum requirements, and reviewing KPI surveys with importers. The role also covers shipment tracking and communication between departments, as well as following up on improvement actions for volume and market growth.
Must have:
- Register vehicles in systems for export (e.g., SAP).
- Manage "master form" file with importers.
- Coordinate meetings with Logistics, Finance, and NCT teams.
- Invoice vehicles in SAP.
- Work with importers to ensure timely vehicle forecast delivery.
- Monitor area KPIs.
- Maintain compliance with Export Minimum Requirements.
- Semiannually review KPI SURVEY requirements with importers.
- Track shipments and ensure communication between areas.
- Follow up on improvement actions for volume and market growth.
Good to have:
- Experience in the automotive industry (preferably in export, parts, transport, production planning).
- Knowledge of Nissan products, automotive market, sales and export planning.
- Advanced Office Suite (Excel and Powerpoint).
- SAP knowledge.
- Intermediate English (Advanced/fluent desirable).
- Desirable Spanish.
- Complete graduation in Administration, Marketing, Economics, Foreign Trade.

- Manage the "master form" file with importers;
- Coordinate meetings with Logistics, Finance, and NCT teams to support the vehicle export sales business;
- Perform vehicle invoicing in SAP;
- Work with importers to ensure timely and quality delivery of vehicle forecasts demanded by the operation;
- Monitor area KPIs;
- Responsible for maintaining the evaluation of compliance with Export Minimum Requirements;
- Semiannually review KPI SURVEY requirements with importers.
- Monitor shipments and ensure communication between areas;
- Follow up on improvement actions for volume and markets;

- English – Intermediate (Advanced/fluent English desirable).
- Desirable Spanish
