Job Description

This role involves maintaining, updating, and reporting on various departmental reports daily, weekly, monthly, or annually. The analyst will support the department's cost forecasting tool by running reports and assisting in its maintenance. Additionally, the position provides support to the US and Mexico departments, including Sr. Manager, Managers, and buyers, in other activity areas as needed. The ideal candidate will be organized and ensure smooth departmental operations.
Must have:
  • Maintain, update, and report status on various reports (daily, weekly, monthly, annual) for assigned section.
  • Support the department cost forecasting tool (CFP) by running reports and assisting in its maintenance.
  • Support department (US and Mexico) in other activities areas as needed for Sr. Manager, Managers and buyers.
  • Perform other related duties as necessary.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, IS, Project Management, International Business, Ingeneering Accounting, a related major, or equivalent job training.
  • 0-1 years of related experience at a professional level through internship, co-op or full-time employment in the automotive industry.

We’re looking for someone who can help keep things organized and running smoothly in our department. This role involves keeping track of important reports and making sure they’re updated and shared on time—daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly.

  • Maintains, updates, and reports status on various reports; daily, weekly, monthly, or on an annual basis for assigned section, prepared for department or upper management.
  • Supports the department cost forecasting tool (CFP) by running reports and assisting in the maintenance thereof.
  • Supports department (US and Mexico) in other activities areas as needed; Sr. Manager, Managers and buyers.
  • As necessary, performs other related duties of which the above are representative.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, IS, Project Management, International Business, Ingeneering Accounting, a related major, or equivalent job training.

Experience:

0-1 years of related experience at a professional level through internship, co-op or full-time employment in the automotive industry.

Language:

English (Advanced)

Computer skills:

Knowledgeable of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Tableau, Macros, Access, other PC applications, and mainframe applications is necessary. SAP can be though once in role.

Additional skills:

Good oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Energetic. Strong initiative. Analytics Attitude. Confidence.

Travel:

Limited Travel. (Unlikely, but may be needed)
