Technicon Design is seeking an expert-level Exterior Digital Sculptor in southeast Michigan. This role involves collaborating with automotive designers to create 3D surfaces for vehicle exteriors using Alias NURBS and SubD modeling. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Transportation Design, with at least 7 years of experience as a digital modeler/sculptor in the automotive sector. Proficiency in transforming 2D sketches into 3D digital surfaces with aesthetic sensibility using Autodesk Alias is crucial. A creative background with a focus on digital applications, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines are essential. Polygon modeling skills are considered a plus.
Must have:
