Lead a team of digital modelers in late phase strak for interior automotive projects, ensuring efficiency, adherence to standards, and managing resources. The role requires a minimum of 5 years experience in Digital Modelling with IcemSurf in the automotive industry and proven team leadership, collaborating with designers and engineers.

Must Have

• Lead a team of digital modelers during the late phase strak of interior automotive projects.
• Ensure team efficiency and adherence to client processes and standards.
• Handle resource planning, time estimation, and project tracking.
• Report to the Project Manager and maintain team morale.
• Collaborate closely with designers and studio engineers.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Modelling using IcemSurf in the automotive industry.
• Proven team leadership experience.
• Willingness to relocate to the Czech Republic.
• Fluent in Czech and English.
• Communicative, responsible, and a strong team player.
• Proficiency in IcemSurf.
• Proficiency in CATIA (Solid Surface modeling).

Good to Have

• Knowledge of Teamcenter.
• Knowledge of Team Center Automotive Author / Viewer.
