Senior Exterior Designer

Technicon Design is seeking a Senior Exterior Designer to lead the conception, development, and execution of cutting-edge exterior vehicle designs. This leadership role involves managing the entire design process from initial concept to tooling data, mentoring junior designers, and contributing to the brand's design vision. The role requires collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of designs.

Must Have

• Lead exterior design projects from concept to production.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and marketing teams for seamless integration.
• Produce high-quality sketches, renderings, and 3D models aligned with project goals.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, materials, and technologies to infuse innovation.
• Master’s degree in Automotive Design, Industrial Design, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of automotive design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Deep understanding of design principles, manufacturing processes, and market trends.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Alias, Blender, and V-Red.

Good to Have

• Excellent communication in English.
• Mandarin language skills.
• Strong team spirit and collaborative approach.
• Ability to lead, inspire, and deliver under time constraints.

What You’ll Do

✅ Report directly to Chief Designers and support strategic design direction.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Master’s degree in Automotive Design, Industrial Design, or related field.

✔ Minimum 5 years of automotive design experience with a strong portfolio.

✔ Deep understanding of design principles, manufacturing processes, and market trends.

✔ Proficiency in Photoshop, Alias, Blender, and V-Red.
