This Creative Designer role, specifically a CMF Designer, supports the Studio Manager in Advanced Creative Design objectives. The role involves developing creative mobility solutions aligned with the company's brand DNA, ensuring perceived quality, and compliance with technical and legal requirements. Key responsibilities include analyzing customer specifications, researching trends, designing proposals, managing suppliers for samples, and contributing to bid and delivery projects, all while embodying the company's values and enhancing mobility solutions.
Must Have:- Support Studio Manager in Advanced Creative Design objectives.
- Develop creative mobility solutions embodying brand DNA.
- Create design solutions compliant with technical and legal requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of A&CD deliverables for project milestones.
- Define and physically develop all visible surfaces of a project.
- Analyze customer specifications, cultural context, and competitive offers.
- Research on culture, trends, and long-term tendencies for C&T.
- Design and/or adjust creative proposals (graphics, colors, materials).
- Effectively communicate design proposals using sketches and renderings.
- Manage suppliers for primary samples production.
- Possess a Design Degree.
- Be proficient in written and spoken English.
- Have 4 or more years of professional experience.
- Must sit in the Eastern Time Zone.
- Possess a solid understanding of design processes.
- Experience in product design for multifunctional engineering teams.
- Experience designing for manufacture and assembly in the rail industry.
- Good speech and argumentation with internal and external customers.
