Senior CMF Designer Colour & Trim

We are seeking a talented and experienced Color and Material Designer to work onsite in Rüsselsheim. The role involves developing innovative color and material concepts for the automotive sector, conducting trend analyses and research, and supporting the color development process. The designer will present color directions and collaborate closely with suppliers and various design disciplines within the studio, contributing to future automotive aesthetics.

Must Have

• Graduated Textile Designer with a Higher University Degree
• Several years of work experience
• English and German language skills
• Experience in developing innovative color and material concepts for the automotive sector
• Strong creative vision and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ability to conduct trend analyses and research
• Ability to support the colour development process and present colour direction
• Ability to work closely with suppliers and different disciplines in the Studio
