Facility Maintenace Technician Learner (EE)

This is a 12 Month Internship Programme.

We are looking for the following requirements for the internship:

• Must be between the ages of 18 to 30
• Must be a South African Citizen by birth

Requirements:

• Minor electrical and plumbing installations and repairs
• Minor / Preventative maintenance activities
• Office moves (furniture/power)
• Logging and closing of calls on call logging portal
• Weekly testing of generator.
• Monthly testing of distribution boards, complete checklists.
• Weekly dumping of office and general waste.
• Complete monthly facilities checklist.
• General housekeeping, facilities store room.
• Monthly cleaning out of basement, degrease and spray, record average water wastage.
• Escorting of suppliers and contractors in the high security area, where applicable.
• AD-HOC assignments given by management from time to time.
• Comply to 5’S

Education, qualifications, and special training

• Matric / Grade 12 / N3
• Valid Driver’s Licence (min Code 8), No endorsements.
• Qualification in electrical installations (Electrician).

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years in facility management.
• Minimum of 2 year in general electrical installations.
