Your daily life

The Toulouse site is responsible for satellite system engineering, the design and production of payloads, as well as the development and qualification of ground segments. It integrates a research center and an industrial accelerator for start-ups and ventures.

For the after-sales coordination part:

• Be responsible for organizing and monitoring administrative and physical flows: RMA management, material reception, contract reviews, monitoring the progress of repair activities;
• Ensure coordination of activities with the various stakeholders: logistics, workshops, production support, customer support

For the scheduler-launcher part:

• Be responsible for preparing, prioritizing, and launching Manufacturing / Repair Orders (multi-product/multi-APRU) to ensure the proper execution of the production / repair plan in compliance with customer requirements, taking into account industrial and managerial constraints of the workshops, and supply constraints;
• Be responsible for monitoring manufacturing orders and keeping the short-term planning (product manufacturing cycle) up to date and alerting in case of blocking, delay, or need for arbitration;
• Provide continuous feedback to the Supply Chain manager (progress/reporting, delay...);
• Ensure perfect consistency between physical flows and information flows.

Your profile

You have a Bac+2 (two-year post-secondary degree) in the supply chain field and have experience in:

• The use of an ERP system like SAP,
• Flow management in a workshop,
• Supply chain and/or logistics professions

A word from the manager

This position with 2 complementary missions (scheduler-launcher and after-sales coordination) will lead you to interact with the entire TLAS Toulouse Supply Chain team as well as with the production workshops. The team will provide you with all the necessary support to carry out this mission. You will integrate new buildings as the activity will have moved from Blagnac to Toulouse (rue JF Champollion) in mid-August.
