FBAR design engineer

The FBAR design engineer role involves designing FBAR filters to support advanced linear, non-linear performance, and high power. Candidates must understand basic device physics and be able to translate between simulation, physical implementation, and measured device performance.

Must Have

• 10+ years of experience in developing and leading FBAR(BAW) or SAW design
• Deep understanding of PAD and system level performance and RF/analog semiconductor device
• Proficient with design tools as EM(HFSS), circuit(ADS) and layout tool(Cadence or equivalent package layout CAD tool)

Job Description:

The role consists in design FBAR filters as highly precise filter to support advanced linear, non-linear performance and high power. You must understand the basic device physics and have the ability to translate between the simulation, physical implementation, and the measured performance of a device.
