Job Summary

This position is a great opportunity for a motivated, creative, and passionate marketing professional with proven ability to plan and execute multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns that start conversations and drive and accelerate pipeline. The role involves designing and executing multi-channel campaigns, owning marketing sourced pipeline and booking targets, managing the marketing budget, and building partnerships with the NORAM Sales leadership team. It also requires building messaging strategies, collaborating on events, and identifying growth opportunities for FICO.

Must Have

  • Design and execute well-orchestrated multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of ABM strategies and ways to scale 1:1 and 1:Few campaigns
  • Own marketing sourced pipeline and booking targets
  • Manage allocated marketing budget
  • Build and maintain partnership with the NORAM Sales leadership team
  • Build messaging strategies and messaging for emails, webinars, and events
  • Collaborate with events team to plan and execute outstanding tradeshows and customer-specific events
  • Identify growth opportunities for FICO within the context of our fiscal sales plan and multi-year regional strategy
  • Deep knowledge of complex selling environments in the B2B technology world
  • Maturity and skill in collaborating with senior executives, customers, and sales teams
  • Creative skills in both communications and problem solving
  • Expert in using metrics and marketing performance measurement
  • Outstanding writing and presentation skills
  • Strong experience using GenAI to develop demand generation and event content and personalize content to specific personas and accounts
  • Knowledge and experience in building demand marketing plans
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a marketing or related field

What You’ll Contribute

  • Design and execute well-orchestrated multi-channel marketing campaigns incorporating email, webinars, advertising, tradeshows, customer-specific events, and other tactics to drive customer engagement and incremental bookings and revenue.
  • Knowledge of ABM strategies and ways to scale 1:1 and 1:Few campaigns.
  • Own marketing sourced pipeline and booking targets.
  • Manage to be allocated marketing budget.
  • Build and maintain partnership with the NORAM Sales leadership team and nurture relationships with account managers and other internal stakeholders.
  • Build messaging strategies and messaging for emails, webinars, and events collaborating with product marketing and other internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with events team to plan and execute outstanding tradeshows and customer-specific events.
  • Identify growth opportunities for FICO within the context of our fiscal sales plan and multi-year regional strategy.

What We’re Seeking

  • Deep knowledge of complex selling environments in the B2B technology world and what it takes to build brand and product awareness and pipeline.
  • Maturity and skill in collaborating with senior executives, customers, and sales teams to align on goals and work through business challenges.
  • Creative skills in both communications and problem solving.
  • Expert in using metrics and marketing performance measurement and how these are critical to optimize results and ROI in a corporate marketing environment.
  • Outstanding writing and presentation skills.
  • A passion for technology, learning, and creativity.
  • Strong experience using GenAI to develop demand generation and event content and personalize content to specific personas and accounts.
  • Knowledge and experience in building demand marketing plans.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a marketing or related field.
