We’re looking for a strategic minded Product Marketing Specialist to join our growing team to support go-to-market strategy, campaign execution, messaging, and sales enablement assets — focusing on alignment to organizational goals. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, enrollment, claims, customer experience, and other marketing functions to ensure our offerings resonate with brokers, employers, and employees.

Key responsibilities
- Partner with the product team to craft clear, compelling positioning for both new and existing offerings — highlighting what sets our offerings apart in a competitive market.
- Collaborate across teams to produce dynamic marketing materials — from presentations and overview flyers to digital content—that tell the story of our products with clarity and impact.
- Craft messaging and positioning that clearly communicates product value to target audiences. And champion our cross-product messaging across all marketing channels, ensuring a unified value proposition and consistent communication.
- Support the planning and rollout of targeted marketing campaigns designed to boost awareness and engagement. Monitor performance and provide actionable insights to optimize results.
- Stay abreast of market and competitor trends, identify key audiences, and inform strategic marketing decisions.
- Work hand-in-hand with product managers, sales, customer intelligence, and other marketing partners to develop tools and insights needed for success.
- Manage the review process for marketing materials, ensuring all assets meet compliance and regulatory standards while maintaining creative integrity.

Your experience and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in product marketing or B2B marketing.
- Experience in insurance, employee benefits, or healthcare is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with a collaborative mindset and a great eagerness to learn
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communicator with a knack for turning complex ideas into clear, compelling messages.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Location
- The primary location for this position is Holmdel, NJ , we will also consider Hudson Yards, NYC or Bethlehem, PA with a requirement for 2-3 days in the office each week.
Salary Range:
$69,380.00 - $104,067.50
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
