Job Summary
As an Assistant Product Manager at GamePoint B.V., you will support the growth, engagement, and visibility of our Mobile Social Bingo game. This role involves contributing to the product and marketing roadmap, managing the marketing calendar, and executing targeted campaigns for player acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will also shape communication plans, craft messaging, ensure impactful creative assets, and support ASO efforts for our App Store presence. Additionally, you will play a key role in social media and influencer initiatives, creating engaging content and contributing to campaigns that expand brand reach globally. This position requires a proactive, organized, and collaborative self-starter with a passion for social gaming and an analytical mindset.
Must Have
- Support User Acquisition and retargeting campaigns.
- Produce, schedule, and optimize daily content across Meta, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Partner with relevant key-influencers.
- Conduct market research, benchmark competitors, and track results.
- Identify automation opportunities and leverage AI tools.
- Coordinate global marketing activities and manage the marketing calendar.
- Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in (Online) Marketing, New Media or Communication.
- Two to three years of experience in Marketing or Communications within entertainment or digital media agency (B2C).
- Demonstrable social media experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
- International experience.
- Strong affinity with (mobile) Casual Games and the mobile Gaming industry.
- Able to execute and monitor communications plans.
- Result-oriented, energetic, enthusiastic, and flexible.
- Fluent English (written & spoken) with strong communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
- Experience in creating and executing content assets.
- Social media savvy and interested in digital media trends.
- Ability to create, edit, and facilitate live video content for social media.

Position Summary – Product Marketing Assistant
As an Assistant Product Manager, you support the growth, engagement, and visibility of our Mobile Social Bingo game. You contribute to the product and marketing roadmap, help manage the marketing calendar, and take ownership of executing targeted campaigns that drive player acquisition, engagement, and retention. You actively participate in shaping communication plans, crafting compelling messaging, and ensuring the delivery of impactful creative assets across our channels. You also support ASO efforts and help manage our App Store presence, ensuring our store pages remain optimized, up-to-date, and conversion focused.
You also play a key role in our social media and influencer initiatives by supporting the creation of engaging content and contributing to campaigns that grow brand reach globally. You bring creativity, strong communication skills, and a passion for social gaming and digital culture, paired with an analytical mindset focused on testing, measurement, and continuous improvement.
This role is ideal for a proactive, organized, and collaborative self-starter who is eager to learn, experiment, and help drive the success of our Social Bingo title. You will work within a dynamic marketing and product team and contribute directly to delivering exceptional experiences for our players. You will be part of a growing Dutch Gaming company with the common goal of delivering the best results. In this role you will report to the Senior Digital Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Support User Acquisition and retargeting. Assist in planning, running, and analysing paid campaigns (Meta, Google, Unity, AppLovin, Apple, etc.), combining creativity with data to optimize performance.
- Produce, schedule, and optimize daily content across Meta, YouTube, and other (Social) platforms, maintaining a consistent voice to our players (and target audience). Partner with relevant key-influencers that fit our target audience and generate new players through their reach. Grow and expand social media presence, increase presence on existing platforms including but not limited to Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram. Deliver insights and advice on social content strategy.
- Conduct market research, benchmark competitors, and track results to deliver actionable insights. Identify automation opportunities and leverage AI tools to enhance workflows.
- Partner with the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist and cross-functional teams to execute plans with ownership, curiosity, and a drive for results. Help coordinate global marketing activities and ensure smooth cross-functional execution. Manage and contribute to the marketing calendar, ensuring timely and coordinated campaign execution
Educational & Work Experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in (Online) Marketing, New Media or Communication
- Two to three years of experience within a Marketing or Communications role within the entertainment industry or an (Digital) Media Agency in a B2C environment
- Demonstrable social media experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- You have international experience and, as such, you recognize the differences between markets and cultures and respond to that effectively
Skills, Interest and Characteristics
- You have a strong affinity with (mobile) Casual Games, and the mobile Gaming industry
- Able to execute communications plans, and monitor effectiveness of MarCom plans
- You are a result-oriented and energetic individual, enthusiastic by nature
- High quality standards, strong sense of responsibility and ability to be flexible
- You have a pioneer mentality, sense of entrepreneurship and determined
- Well-organized planner who enjoys collaborating with a wide range of people
- Fluent English (written & spoken), with strong communication, presentation and reporting skills. Additional languages are a plus, especially Dutch, French or German.
- Experience in creating and executing content assets to support campaign beats
- Social media savvy, and general interest in latest trends in digital media
- You know how to create, edit and facilitate (live video) content for Social Media, being in front of the camera and working the spotlight is sometimes a must
- Have a good sense of humour
