Job Summary

Telnyx is seeking a Field & Partner Marketing Manager for Australia & New Zealand to drive pipeline generation, accelerate revenue, and build the company's regional presence. This strategic and hands-on role involves architecting demand, orchestrating targeted campaigns, running high-impact events, and mobilizing partner sellers to achieve measurable results. The manager will build and execute the ANZ marketing plan, localize global campaigns, accelerate deals through field events, and enable partners with localized sales plays and co-marketing initiatives.

Must Have

  • Build and execute the ANZ marketing plan aligned to revenue targets and target account priorities.
  • Orchestrate and localize global campaigns tailored to the ANZ market, including digital, ABM, and vertical campaigns.
  • Accelerate deals with high-impact field events such as roundtables, workshops, and dinners.
  • Localize global campaigns, content, and messaging to reflect regional needs and partner ecosystems.
  • Partner closely with ANZ sales leadership to ensure strong lead follow-up, pipeline visibility, and coordinated plays.
  • Enable partners with localized sales plays, call scripts, battle cards, and Campaign-in-a-Box kits.
  • Execute joint co-marketing and field events with partners.
  • A revenue-focused marketer with experience driving pipeline, accelerating deals, and aligning deeply with sales teams and priority partners.
  • 5+ years in B2B field and/or partner marketing, ideally in SaaS, cloud communications, or AI.
  • Skilled in ABM, digital activation, and event-led demand generation, with a hands-on ability to execute programs end-to-end.
  • Experienced working with partners in ANZ or APAC, enabling them to sell and co-market effectively.
  • Data-driven and comfortable owning reporting, pipeline insights, and performance analysis.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and energized by building regional marketing motions in a fast-moving environment.

Good to Have

  • Experience working with UCaaS/CCaaS integrators, Microsoft Teams ecosystems, or ANZ distributors/TSDs.
  • Familiarity with PartnerStack, Marketo, Salesforce, or other GTM systems.

The Role

We’re hiring a Field & Partner Marketing Manager to act as the regional CMO for Australia & New Zealand. In this role, you will own pipeline generation, accelerate revenue, and build our presence in the region.

This is a strategic and hands-on role where you will architect demand across ANZ, orchestrate targeted campaigns, run high-impact events, and mobilize partner sellers to deliver measurable pipeline and closed-won results.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and execute the ANZ marketing plan aligned to revenue targets and target account priorities.
  • Orchestrate and localize global campaigns tailored to the ANZ market, including digital, ABM, and vertical campaigns. Use our ABM Account Intelligence stack to identify and engage high-intent accounts.
  • Accelerate deals with high-impact field events such as roundtables, workshops, and dinners designed to accelerate pipeline and reactivate stalled opportunities.
  • Localize global campaigns, content, and messaging to reflect regional needs and partner ecosystems.
  • Partner closely with ANZ sales leadership to ensure strong lead follow-up, pipeline visibility, and coordinated plays that progress key opportunities.
  • Enable partners with localized sales plays, call scripts, battle cards, and Campaign-in-a-Box kits to activate demand and generate deal registrations.
  • Execute joint co-marketing and field events with partners to open new conversations and expand into target accounts.

Who You Are

  • A revenue-focused marketer with experience driving pipeline, accelerating deals, and aligning deeply with sales teams and priority partners.
  • 5+ years in B2B field and/or partner marketing, ideally in SaaS, cloud communications, or AI
  • Skilled in ABM, digital activation, and event-led demand generation, with a hands-on ability to execute programs end-to-end.
  • Experienced working with partners in ANZ or APAC, enabling them to sell and co-market effectively.
  • Data-driven and comfortable owning reporting, pipeline insights, and performance analysis.
