The role involves prospecting and growing clients within the social commerce market, conducting cold calls to potential clients (UMKM/Social Commerce Sellers), and arranging sales meetings. You will track prospects, identify decision-makers, and match company solutions to client needs. This position requires staying current on industry trends, managing key client accounts, closing sales, and maintaining client relationships through excellent support. Responsibilities also include researching new opportunities, improving services, managing daily client relationships, collaborating with management for market insights, preparing reports, and contributing to team efforts.
