Job Summary
Ninja Xpress, a leading last-mile delivery service in Indonesia since 2015, is seeking a Field Sales Executive in Pekalongan. The role involves prospecting and growing clients within the social commerce market, conducting cold calls to potential clients (UMKM/Social Commerce Sellers), and arranging sales meetings. You will track prospects, identify decision-makers, and match company solutions to client needs. This position requires staying current on industry trends, managing key client accounts, closing sales, and maintaining client relationships through excellent support. Responsibilities also include researching new opportunities, improving services, managing daily client relationships, collaborating with management for market insights, preparing reports, and contributing to team efforts. The ideal candidate will be critical and fast-thinking, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, goal-oriented, energetic, and positive, and be able to handle rejection and pressure.

Job Description
- Prospecting & Growing clients in the social commerce market
- Continuous cold calling of prospective clients (UMKM/Social Commerce Sellers)
- Arrange sales meetings with prospective clients
- Track prospects - identify decision-makers, specific qualifications, the best solution that company can offer - to specific client’s need
- Identifies service improvements or new services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
- Managing key clients accounts
- Closing sales and maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
- Researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
- Managing and monitoring of day-to-day relationships and communications
- Closely work with management and other departments to assist in market assessment efforts and provide on-the-ground insights
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Located in Pekalongan
- Minimum 1 - 2 years experience in Sales Executive/Business Development/Acquisition Executive, preferably experience logistic/last mile industry
- Critical and fast thinking related to understanding a prospect's interest level in a Small Medium Enterprise environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter, goal-oriented, high energy, positive attitude
