Wolters Kluwer Italia is seeking a Field Sales Executive for its Legal & Regulatory division. The role involves driving sales of innovative software solutions for environmental/ecological supply chain management. Key responsibilities include closing deals with companies aligned with assigned targets, identifying client business needs, and proposing Wolters Kluwer solutions. The position requires direct sales activities for new clients in assigned geographical areas, managing the entire software sales process from needs assessment to negotiation, and prospecting/lead generation using CRM tools to maintain a sales pipeline. The candidate will collaborate on commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with value propositions and pricing criteria, and conduct product demonstrations.
Must have:
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role and software application sales.
  • Ability to quickly identify relevant business challenges and position solutions effectively.
  • Good understanding of general technical concepts (e.g., ERP, Cloud).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work towards objectives in complex structures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Good to have:
  • Knowledge of the compliance sector is a preferential requirement.

FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE

Riportando alla funzione vendite Direzione Compliance Software, avrai la possibilità di far parte di un team affiatato, internazionale e di supporto, che lavora in un ambiente stimolante ed avvincente. Come Field Sales Representative, utilizzerai la tua profonda conoscenza del business e delle esigenze dei clienti per guidare le vendite delle nostre innovative soluzioni software per la gestione della filiera ecologico/ambientale.

Principali responsabilità:

  • Finalizzare la chiusura di deal con Aziende in linea con il target assegnato, identificando rapidamente i bisogni aziendali dei clienti e collegandoli alle proposte di Wolters Kluwer.

  • Sviluppare un'attività di vendita diretta su nuovi clienti presenti nell’area geografica assegnata.

  • Gestire l'intero processo di vendita del software, dalla fase di indagine del bisogno del cliente, verifica della soluzione, fino alla negoziazione in stretta collaborazione con le altre funzioni coinvolte.

  • Gestione delle attività di prospecting e di lead generation costantemente qualificata anche attraverso l’utilizzo di strumenti di CRM aziendali e garantendo una pipeline in linea con le aspettative aziendali.

  • Creazione, in collaborazione con tutte le funzioni interessate, di proposte commerciali in linea con la value proposition e i criteri di pricing aziendali. Condurre demo del prodotto.

Requisiti:

  • Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in un ruolo analogo e nella vendita di software applicativi.

  • Capacità di identificare rapidamente le sfide aziendali rilevanti e posizionare efficacemente le soluzioni pertinenti.

  • Buona comprensione di concetti tecnici generali (es. ERP, Cloud, ecc.)

  • Ottime capacità relazionali a tutti i livelli e al lavoro in team interfunzionali.

  • Buone capacità di comunicazione e negoziazione.

  • Spiccata capacità di lavorare per obiettivi in strutture complesse e modernamente organizzate.

  • Buona conoscenza degli strumenti di Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel, Word e Power Point, e di strumenti di CRM.

  • La conoscenza del settore compliance costituisce un requisito preferenziale.
